The service
NotaryLink connects people who need a notarization with independent commissioned notaries. NotaryLink is not a notary, law firm or party to any notarization.
Notaries
Notaries must hold a valid, unexpired commission in the state they list and keep it current. We check commissions against public state records before a notary can claim jobs, and may suspend any account that gives false details.
Payments
Clients pay notaries directly, off the platform. Notaries pay a $5 platform fee per completed, sealed notarization. Fees are non-refundable once a record is sealed.
AI readiness check
The AI check is informational only and is not legal advice. It never blocks a job. The notary is responsible for every notarial act.
Acceptable use
No fraud, impersonation, unlawful documents, or attempts to access other users' data or interfere with the service.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, NotaryLink is not liable for the acts of notaries or clients.
